In my work, I strive to connect between purpose, form, and the sheer enjoyment of the spirit that I experience in creating my pieces. The combination of organic influences with the materials I am using allows me to create and share with others across the margins of verbal dialogue.

I have been an art maker, art educator and art administrator for over 25 years. I work from my home studio in Hawthorne, NY, where I work in crochet, bead embroidery, and ceramics. I practice Taekwondo and love being active. I have a family that includes an elderly long haired chihuahua, a middle-aged shitzu, and an 8 year old son whose current obsession is Star Wars.
